Can you do anything to increase your amniotic fluid?

message says it all really, with both my pg's it was been dangerously low (1-2cm), cant remember proper name, does anyone know if anything can be done either medically or by self help, am seeing consultant on thurs no doubt will be discussed

the only thing i am aware of is drinking plenty of fluids....but i am sure your consultant will advise you properly on thuersday

i do not think you can as it relepnishes itself every 2-3 days. it is good to drink plenty of fluids though.
