How pg are you? What's stopping you sleeping? Eg uncomfy, heartburn, needing to pee?

Have you tried a pregnancy pillow? Or pillows under your head, bump and between your knees? Made a massive difference for me.

According to all the books and professionals, exercise is the best thing, although not right before you aim to sleep. However, I have also found that nothing helps sleep like a maternity pillow. The Theraline sausage ones are just divine.
