Could I be pregnant??

Hello Smile

My husband and I are recently married and have decided to be 'not trying but not NOT trying' for a baby. I came off my pill about 2 months ago and have downloaded an app called P.D which I basically record my periods and it shows me my ovulation dates etc.

I have just had my second 'normal' period (without being on the pill) which lasted 4 days and wasn't as heavy as my 1st 'normal' period which was very heavy and lasted 5 days. The last week or so I have completely gone off coffee and tea, I had a coffee this morning and it just made me feel so sick. My boobs haven't been sore or tender but seem to have grown a fair amount to the point people have noticed! I also have had quite an upset stomach for no real apparent reason, I am tired and have no energy at certain times of day and I have spells throughout the day of feeling sick.

I know I just had a period but my friend I work with who has had 2 children is convinced I am pregnant. She seems to think that you can have a period throughout pregnancy but I just don't know!

Has anyone else had these symptoms? Has it turned out to be anything?
Thanks x

You need to do a test!!!! Only way you will know

It could definitely be an implantation bleed rather than a period. I had what I thought was a 'light period' and I was pregnant. Only way to know for sure is to do a test

Test!

You can test. Though the shift in hormones post pill may have thrown off your body too, which can affect your digestion and breasts. But. As pregnancy is a possibility you should probably test to rule it out.

Test, light bleeding around the time of your period could definitely be implantation bleeding! How exciting Grin

It's possible but you'll need to test to be sure. When I came off BC there were several months where I had nausea and bloating but it turned out just to be PMS. I think we forget what our monthly cycle is like when we're on BC and when we come off there are lots of symptoms.

The month I got BFP is the one where I had no symptoms at all!

I also felt terrible after stopping the pill (very nauseous, bloated, knackered, a bit depressed) and I also had very light periods so could be either. Guess you won't know until you test!

Pee on your computer, we'll let you know.

Yes you COULD be pregnant. If only there was a way to find out. Hmm
