I eat tons of fruit, prunes on breakfast drink prune juice, lots of water and eat salad and veg always
Always more than 5+ a day - am technically a food saint infact.
But still at 24 wks I've got sodding effing piles.
I know suppositories will fix them
What I really need to know is how to stop the bastards in the first place
Do I have to resort to lactulose or a laxative(fybogel will make me heave)
