Hello all!

I'm currently 6 weeks after a mc and am now suffering from terrible trapped wind. I constantly want to burp (sorry tmi) but can't which results in me feeling sick. I can't take gaviscon as it makes me throw up and Rennies don't work. Any other advice would be really helpful! Currently trying cooled boiled water and praying it works.

Peppermint oil in warm water, or peppermint tea.

Try childs pose. Its great for trapped wind. I sometimes have to get into the position and wiggle or get dh to put pressure on my lower back. Its a nourishing, safe pose so great to use throughout pregnancy

Thanks ladies. Will give it a try. I feel like I'm dying. It's causing me so much pain!
