Hair dye

Hi, have hideous roots and wondered what the feeling is on dyeing hair during pregnancy, have seen mixed reports on the Internet (good old Google) and just wondered about people's experience's? Thanks :)

I'm 26 weeks and have dyed mind 3 times from the stArt and will dye it again before I'm due in November. When I spoke to a midwife about it she said the chemicals aren't high enough to cause damage

Unlikely to do any harm, use in a well ventilated room.

Do a skin test aswell 24 hours before as the change in your skin while pregnant can cause a reaction to the dye x

I've had mine done twice and my hairdresser used foils and then an ammonia-free tint....had no problems at all. I'm too grey not to have it done!!!
