Prenatal vitamins.

Hi due to having hyperemesis I'm really struggling to swallow any prenatal vitamins. Does anyone know if it's possible to get any in chewable or liquid form in the UK? The only ones I have found are on Amazon and contain vitamin A which I thought wasn't supposed to be included in prenatal vitamins.

Holland and Barrett do a vitamin D spray. I use it for my dc , just spray it in their mouths. No fuss it's great.

Boots are selling nutrimum products which I think come as cereal or cereal bars and a portion is the equivalent of a daily prenatal vitamin, no idea if you would manage to keep it down, not tried them myself.
