Massively disappointed this evening! I received the autumn/winter brochure a couple of weeks ago, picked some lovely things to buy for wearing to work, went online to buy them and then found all the prices had gone up by £20. Just miffed and want a whinge

Were the catalogue prices discounted for early ordering perhaps?

Worth emIling them and asking why there has been changes, as their autumn cataloge would be new out....could be error?

Yes, I sent an email expressing laying on thick my confusion.
They weren't early ordering prices in the brochure, they were ordinary prices.
I guess they've printed them wrong.

Try deleting cookies. I noticed on another website, I looked at an itm of clothing in the sale for £10, logged off, discussed with DH if he'd like it, then logged back on to buy and it had gone up to £15. Well known trick in the holiday industry...cheeky feckers!
