Can't have the medication as its too strong. Any tips on natural remedies? I hate tablets anyway

Hi, since being pregnant I have suffered with these too which at the start wasn't too bad as I went from having migraines to ocular where I was only losing vision but having no pain. As pregnancy progressed I now get the full works. I have found that taking a cool bath at onset (when you would normally take you tablet) then resting for the rest of the day has helped but nothing can stop it completely. When it's been really bad I've taken codeine, just to get some sleep. Sorry couldn't offer anything else

Sleep
Cold flannel on forehead, another on back of neck - rinse in cold water and wring out
Forehead patches if you can't do the flannel
Drink plenty of water - often this has been the cause for me and has stopped the migraine in its tracks. I drink a litre of cold water as soon as I realise it's coming
