bump only measuring 27cm at 32 weeks

Hello all,

Yesterday I had my 32 week appt, everything was good except for my bump measurement. It was only 27cms, same as I was at my 28 week appointment.

Ive been on asprin since 8 weeks as I have a genetic blood clotting disorder in my family, and a relative had blood clots in her umbilical cord which resulted in her baby being delivered at 28 weeks.

Im going for a growth scan and consultant appointment this morning and I'm worried, I don't know what to expect. Has this happened to anyone else?

I've had similar. My fundal height has been measuring 3 weeks behind since around 28 weeks. I'm now 32 weeks and I've had 3 growth scans all showing that the baby is actually measuring exactly as he should.

I've been told that I'm likely to continue to have fortnightly growth scans until the end now but that this is just a precaution and they have no actual concerns at all.

Forgot to add that the placenta and fluid etc all look okay too so there are no concerns there either.

Thanks for the reply, ive just had a scan and the fluid, cord and placenta are all normal and working properly. They have booked me in for a growth scan on the 9th. I feel a bit more reassured but I will relax more once the baby has been checked I think...
