10 + 3 and bleeding

Sick with worry.

I spoke to.my midwife and she said that bleeding after sex is common, not to panic and to ring her if I get any cramping.

I'm now monitoring my body for any slight twinge or muscle pain. I've had quite a lot of discomfort this past few days but am pretty sure it's just muscular.

How do I stay calm?! OH just keeps saying 'You're ok'. He's right but I hope I stay ok!

I had bleeding & period type pain at 11 weeks & 18 weeks
Everything has been fine both times
To help the pain lay on your left side helped me Flowers xx

Thankyou! I'm going to push the midwife for an early scan tomorrow
