Try a cold flannel and stripping off

Mummy I'm already in just a pair of knickers, DP commented earlier that he's seen more of my body during this pregnancy than he has in the whole 8 years we've been together, this baby has raised my body temperature about 18,000 degrees!

A cold flannel would be more efficient than a bucket though I'll do that instead

I'm the same I went to maternity assessment unit tonight about baby not moving and my temperature was up but I assured them that's just me I'm constantly boiling. I sleep absolutely naked I can't deal with heat I have my feet out if the bed I flip my pillow over every so often to the cold side and only have my bum/lady parts covered with blanket lol the rest of me boob's n ol be out. You have to do what's keep you could lol. If cold flannel doesn't work try a cold hand towel or a hot water bottle put in freeze instead and it should cool you down also a bucket of freezing cold water for your feet. Xx
