Hello there,
I am hoping someone can help me. I am 14 weeks pregnant and this is my first pregnancy so I have no clue what is going on despite being up to my tonsils in books and literature :-).
The last couple of days I have had a tugging or pulling sensation originating from behind my belly button and seems to stop 4-5 inches below. It is almost as if s/he is pulling a bell for service!
Could anyone advise what this might be and let me know if this is a normal sensation and if so what do you think it might be?
