Far too early for symptoms, especially morning sickness/ nausea.

Could be anything. Probably a virus. You wouldn't even get implantation until 6-12 days later so it's virtually impossible to be suffering pregnancy symptoms after four days even if you were pregnant.

No ive been having symptoms for 4 days its been over a week since i last had sex Blush

You wouldn't start getting symptoms as early as 4/5 days after having sex, which is what you are saying. You probably just have a virus, I had one a few weeks ago with the exact symptoms you are describing.

I think on average it takes around 11 days for implantation to occur. Until then the pregnancy hormone HCG (which is not only responsible for a positive test but for pregnancy symptoms too) will not be present. Only once implantation is complete will HCG begin to rise. It starts off in such small levels and only doubles every 48-72 hours so it can take a few days more to reach a high enough level to a) cause any symptoms and b) turn a test positive.

So in short if it's too early to take a pregnancy test then it's too early for pregnancy symptoms. The same hormone is responsible for both.
