Courtney as people have told you in previous posts were not going to know if your pregnant or not. It could be that your cycles are still regulating due to hormonal imbalance. No matter what symptoms you have they can be pms symptoms or pregnancy and honestly it's impossible to tell which one it is without a test. Cramps can be ovulation and so can the spotting as some woman bleed at release of an egg. For being 17 you really need to stop stressing so much about being pregnant and just let it happen in due time.

There are 101 reasons of what your experiencing and only a Dr will know

Also if it's implantation bleeding you will find out in a week or so with a positive test so try relax and let things happen in there own time

You just won't know until you get a line on that stick, unfortunately. So many of the early pregnancy symptoms are identical to those produced by the progesterone surge after ovulation, or other natural parts of your cycle.
If you've been on hormonal contraception for ages it can be a bit of a shock to realise how much your cycle affects your body (it was certainly something I noticed!)

No one can tell you if you're pregnant or not - the only thing you can do is take your folic acid as if you were (it's good to take it while ttc) and wait. I know it's difficult to be patient but only an actual test will give you a yes or no.
