38+4, 4th pregnancy, insane pelvic pressure.

Holy crap I am in so much pain right now, NON of the pain is in my stomach ie contractions, which is why I'm a bit below my bump but above my vagina it's intense and tightening.

What is this? I've never had it with my others only belly contractions, help!

I'm 38+5, 3rd pg, same here. Think it's spd-had it abit last time but it feels different this time.

I feel like I'm going to pop, it's like I'm absolutely desperate for the toilet but I'm not

Yeah I feel like I could split in two!

Also the toilet thing of the pressure of the baby's head feeling so similar to needing to pee.

I think it's just the being older and having a few pregnancies everything's 'looser' & lower. I think it's normal.

There are tips online about coping with spd.
