Should I wait?

I had my coil taken out mid october and af arrived a few days later.
it is now 28 days since that and no af has appeared.
I have been feeling sick for the last week and did do a test yesterday with a cheap ebay test but it was bfn
Should I be patient and wait and see what happens over the next few days or go and get an early testing kit?

early testing kit if it was me...first response seems good, thats the one I used.

i would maybe leave it a few days or even a week.
