After a scan need some reassuring!

Hey everyone!

I recently had a scan two weeks after my last one! And my gestational sac had grown to 14mm from 5mm also a yolk sac was present! But I've heard a rumor that if the yolk sac is present and the gs is under 20mm it is a failed pregnancy?? I just need some reassuring from anyone who's had this experience

Not had the same experience but had a v early scan and just saw an 11mm empty gestational sac and 2.5 weeks later saw a sac, yolk and an embryo measuring 13mm. No idea on any other measurement as they did not say/record. How many weeks do they say you are measuring? I think if the 2 scans were close together there is still hope as could be too early?? My scan gap was 21 days if any help. Was a scary wait. Hope your next one is helpful.

Sorry just seen you put a 14 day gap. At 11mm gestational sac did not even have a yolk sac in mine!

Thank you ladies! I'm just hoping it's a little too early I've just heard too many rumors! Hopefully next one is all okay
