2 days late experiencing bad back cramps

I usually experience a 35 day cycle i was due to come on my monthly on 11th aug i have been experiencing some small cramps up untill yesterday were they worsened a little bit now today when i wipe i am seeing a little bit of light pink blood all day i have wore a tampon but the tampon has been clear all day can anyone help what this means ????

Yes i tested earlier today came up negative i already have a little boy hes nearly 3 now an i remember having little twinges (implantation cramps) but no bleeding i have also felt nauseus but sometimes i can feel a bit sick with period

My mentrual cramps are usually nonstop throughout the day wheras these cramps have just been coming and going

It might just be the start of your period. I would monitor the flow of the bleeding and if it doesn't pick up within the next day or two I would take another test with FMU.

Btw I don't think it's advised to wear tampons if you're not bleeding heavily enough to fill it.
