Swollen hand ?

Is this common/normal?
It's just my left hand, I've had to take my rings off!
It's quite irritated and hot and has been like this now for 2 days. Really bothering me at night time when trying to sleep!! Currently 25 weeks.

The fact it's swollen and hot indicates a possible infection to me. I would book an appointment with your GP.

Have you been bitten by anything? Any puncture marks or noticeable wounds around the area?

None at all, but I'll try (TRY) and make an appointment to get checked. I thought it could be high blood pressure because my veins feels like they are pulsating. Thanks x
