Had this last pregnancy too at 33 weeks and was reassured, but then my waters went at 35 weeks. Told was due to cervical erosion and not linked to pprom.

Also back ache and loose bowels all day, maybe just unwell ? The only number I have in my area is triage, not midwives.

Not sure to call or watch n wait.

I'd call triage especially with a history of premature labour. If you can't get through to them then call the labour ward and see what they say.

I'd call for advice...

As above I would call triage if that's the only number you have. Alternatively could you google the phone number for the labour or maternity assessment ward?

Personally the only time I would take the wait and see approach in regards to bleeding during pregnancy is during the first trimester or around your EDD.

By all means call triage but I'd insist on getting checked out physically. All 2nd and 3rd trimester bleeds should be checked out, especially with your history. Make sure they understand you have a history of pprom. Don't take no for an answer.
