Okay so I'm 24 weeks with anterior placenta but not a low lieing placenta so as it moves up I'm feeling more movement. Been feeling her on and off from 17 weeks down low but constant movement from 20ish weeks

I had 3 day scare the other week where she didn't move at all but since she's moving again I'm starting to wonder does she ever rest.

She doesn't move in morning but moves all day and all night. Quite literally I feel her kick already twice every hour or so and from 8pm onwards it's non stop right through to 3/4am . As my placenta is starting to move up I'm starting to forget higher up more and more but becAuse she's lieing feet down I feel every slight kick and twinge as it feels like her feet are right under my pelvis and she often kicks what I think now my badder as everytime I near per myself.

Just wondering does anyone else have a very active baby so early on and does there movements ever hurt like real sharp pains when they suddenly move??

Or do you have a quite baby

I started feeling my son at about 29 weeks and he was none stop and hurt sometimes with his kicks. I used to think he was in trouble sometimes as his movements were so rapid especially at night and he liked moving about when I was walking, which was very uncomfortable I think he was trying to get comfy, he was fine though and is nearly 2Smile

I'm at work and just been watching my tummy wiggle about Smile. I'm 25 weeks and also have a placenta in front. Have been feeling movements for a couple of weeks now. He has a good jiggle about in the mornings, off & on in the afternoons and I get a few sharp jabs at night. Thankfully not at the painful stage yet. Just love watching my belly move seemingly of its own accord. Crazy feeling.

When he's having a little party in there I'll often ask DH to put his hand on my tummy for a feel - of course then all movement stops!! He has felt the kicks though.

I guess each baby is unique and they get their own routine. And if they stop then get it checked out. When you had your scare that thankfully has resolved, it may he that your baby wad kicking into the placenta and you just didn't feel it as it wasn't v big at that point.

Glad she's making up for it now! Smile

My daughter is now a year old but I remember being pregnant like it was yesterday for one reason only - she wouldn't stop moving. I felt nothing until 19 weeks which worried me no end and then suddenly from 6am in the morning until 11pm at night she'd being going at it, with the occasional break to catch her breath no doubt.

I'm 21 weeks and like you, my little madam won't stop wiggling either. At my scan she was kicking around so I'm glad I wasn't imagining it!

With DS he hardly moved at all. In fact, I didn't realise how quiet he was until I fell pregnant with this one.

Currently 33 weeks pregnant and have felt movement from very early on. She never bloomin' stops moving. It can get a bit much some days!
