Any one else feel 'wet' down there in early pregnancy?
I keep rushing off to see if I'm bleeding, which I'm not but I'm such a worry head as it is I'm cancelling plans as it's worrying me so much x

I did before I found out I was pregnant (which was today!) Convinced it had started and then nothing. I think it must just be discharge related!

Minniemouse94 · 09/08/2015 19:16

I found out early that I was pregnant, so maybe I'm having all the symptoms you'd get if you didn't know? X

Congratulations by the way! X

Thank you! How far along are you?

Skeppers · 09/08/2015 19:19

Ah, swamp crotch. Had it throughout pregnancy- naively thought I'd seen the back of pads once my periods had stopped but NO. Ended up having to wear them EVERY DAY!

Congratulations and welcome to pregnancy. Wink I'm sure this will be the first of many magical symptoms.

Minniemouse94 · 09/08/2015 19:20

Only 5 weeks or so

Welcome to the pant slime. 33 weeks here and no sign of it stopping so far.

Minniemouse94 · 09/08/2015 19:21

Thank you skeppers.
Oh how I'm looking forward to the rest of pregnancy! I've turned to this instead of googling as that can drive you made haha.

Thats about the same as me - so makes sense :)

Brummiegirl15 · 09/08/2015 19:22

This is totally totally normal - as is the "fear" when you check your knickers

Minniemouse94 · 09/08/2015 19:24

So relieved this isn't just me! Haha

gooo is right. I'm 32 weeks - it is constant... And gross - I was going through 3 pairs of knickers a day (I'm really ocd about cleanliness so it had to be done) didn't want to wear panty liners as I had heard that they can "cause" infections

loolah83 · 10/08/2015 05:58

The two words in the English language which have always made me gag are 'moist' and 'gusset'...and I have had a permanently moist gusset for my entire pregnancy!!

zannyminxoxox · 10/08/2015 07:59

Im 8 weeks and the same hun

Junosmum · 10/08/2015 08:46

Oh yes, I still do the check now, though it's nowhere near as 'wet' feeling any more. I was convinced I was miscarrying several times because of how damp I was.

sianihedgehog · 10/08/2015 12:26

Yep, swampy groin non stop from about 6 weeks and still going strong at 40+1.

Georgiepie17612 · 14/08/2015 15:47

I'm 9 weeks and exactly the same! Even asked the midwife if it was normal, her response was "just wait til the 3rd trimester"! Joy!

CheesyWater · 14/08/2015 20:13

Yep. Keep thinking I'm going to slide off my chair at work.

MissSMartin · 14/08/2015 20:40

I'm 17w and yep! I have swamp crotch too.. nice huh! ? Haa Grin

MummyPiggy87 · 14/08/2015 21:26

You'll get it all the way through now and again. I'm 25 weeks and had to change underwear earlier ???? lovely.
