When does the 'glow' start

Does anyone know when the 'pregnancy glow' starts? I'm starting to look like a teenager again with these spots!

Ok, I take it back I'm actually glowing. Well not in a light radiating from me way but I feel better, I feel that I look good, my skin is better and I don't constantly want to sleep. I think that's a win!
