I had the vaccine this morning on the advice of the mw - and then stupidly googled it. now I am a little bit worried about some of the stuff I've read, even though I've always been pro-vaxxing; I think pregnancy has taken away all my rationality!

did most people here have it/plan to have it, or has anyone had it before?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Got it done at 28 weeks pregnant, had it booked early to be sure I didn't forget to have it done. No brainer, really.

I am a few weeks off having my vaccination but speaking from personal experience (they didn't do it as standard when I was a baby) I had it for 8 weeks when I was 5 years old (ruined my 6th birthday) and it was not something I would want any child to experience, the cough was the nice bit. I can remember constantly feeling sick and throwing up a lot. So I will definitely be having it.
