horrible back pains

Hey ladies I was wondering if you could help me. I am suffering with horrible back pain which is making it hard to walk. I've took paracetamol and it isn't touching it. Do you have any other ifeas?

Agree with pp regarding more info required. Also: what kind of pain is it and where? Upper/lower back? Stabbing/aching? Coming and going/constant? Anything that makes it worse, e.g standing from sitting, climbing stairs, lifting, etc?
