advice required....just got BFP and DD only 4 months old. New baby due a week after DD turns 1.

How do people cope???

No advice just wanted to say congrats!!

There are a few people on mn who have babies with small age gaps who i'm sure will come and reasure you soon.

Congrats..! I'm expecting my 2nd BUT dd is currently 18 months so should be around 20 months when ds2b arrives..No experience of your age gap but I presume it may be slightly easier as at least your lo won't be walking (or may be just starting..?) etc when you are expecting. Thats the thing I have struggled with..Being a sahm and having dd 24/7 and experiencing the terrible 2's when I am the size of a house.! DD knows I can't run as fast as her now and does play on it a little. Its also hard lifting her etc..she's at an age when she knows how to "work" me lol..!!

BUT things will be fine, people cope. Someone who has the experience will be along soon. good luck. xx
