I could feel from about 11 weeks this time (second baby!) even though everyone says it's impossible, I know what I was feeling. This one is a right wriggler though whereas my first baby was really lazy and I didn't feel him until about 20 weeks.

Aww miss Martin that's incredible I started feeling mine around 16 weeks just wriggles and flutters and then it stopped I'm now almost 23 weeks and I feel more movements no pattern yet and it's the best feeling ever. I've started talking to my bump as well :-)

BexusSugarush · 07/08/2015 21:11

Congratulations, it's a wonderful feeling. Every pregnancy is different and you could well be feeling your baby move, especially if it's not your first.

I felt flutters at around 15 weeks but was told it was probably too early. However, as the weeks went on, I began to notice the difference between hunger, growing and baby, and I definitely believe those first flutters were baby. Now at 19 weeks I have started feeling definite kicks and movement, so you have that to look forward to.

At the end of the day, no one can tell you it WASN'T your baby moving, and if it has helped you bond better with your little one then believe whatever you're comfortable with :)

Yep I felt a flip at 14weeks, like there was a goldfish in my belly. I also felt feeling like bubbles - it's amazing enjoy! X

I've just been having a lie on the couch as I have a 3day headache and I felt the baby move about 9 times.. one of them I actually felt from outside my belly when I put my hand there. .
Mrschatty Aww I'm sure you will soon.. I can't believe I have tbh Grin

I'm sure you will soon mrschatty.

My midwife was positive she felt movement at my sixteen week check - I told her it was wind Grin

Roll on weeks 17/18 and there was definite movement. Started with a 'rollercoaster' feeling and lying flat made it all much more obvious.

Try lying down after a meal and a cold drink, seems to work on the kung-fu baby I'm currently housing.
