Look at the bus website. It's got a comprehensive list. No raw/ partially cooked eggs, meat, shellfish or sea food. No marlin, shark or liver. No pate, not even veggie. No soft cheeses such as brie and camembert. Cream cheese is fine as is any hard cheese. No blue cheese. No unpasteurized milk or juice. Tuna and mackerel only twice a week. Make sure all fruit and veg is properly washed.

Stilton is the exception to the 'no blue cheese' rule. You can eat that.

DaftAda · 03/08/2015 22:19

Yes Gooo thank goodness. And if you cook cheese, it's ok. And also, if you slip up and accidentally eat something you shouldn't, in the vast, vast majority of cases, you will be fine.
