Currently 32 weeks with my second and if I squat down (or sitting on the loo) I can feel a bulge either side of my vagina (I can push it back up) if I stand up for too long it feels like my insides are goi g to fall out. Has anyone else had this? Did you have a natural birth and did it go back to normal after (I.e caused by the weight of the baby) or do I have a whopping hole in my pelvic floor?!
