I'm currently 34 + 3 and don't feel very prepared for baby.

How far gone are you and what stage are you at in terms of washing clothes, packing a hospital bag, putting crib and pram up etc.

Please make me feel better! We've bought some baby things but it's dawning on me that we're only 2.5 weeks away from baby being full term!

First timer here obviously!!

I'm 36+2. Will be having baby at 38/39 weeks by induction or c section.
Hospital bag half packed. Moses basket up and ready. Cot still in pieces and needs assembling, still need to order cot mattress. Childcare for my dd is up in the air. Baby clothes are washed and ready. Nappies are stocked up.
I am NOT organised at all!!!!!

My nesting instinct has very definitely not kicked and I've been too exhausted to do more than minimal housework. DH has been poorly for the past week too, so the house is not in a good state!

But I'm expected to be in hospital for 3-5 days after my elcs and DH said he's going to scrub the place from top to bottom before I get back. He's much better at cleaning than me anyway :)

37 weeks tomorrow and I have a pushchair and car seat. And a mattress for the crib which is still in my in-laws loft. No idea on the whereabouts of sheets. I haven't even made room for it in my bedroom yet. Don't have anything else sorted yet.

Packed hospital bag at 31 weeks, cot set up around the same time, clothes all washed for baby at 34 weeks, pram set up at 36 weeks.

I think we're mostly set for this baby coming. All the equipment and clothing was already in the house, it was just a case of setting it all up and cleaning stuff, really.

18 weeks here, I need to sell this house and buy another, and probably start an extension before this one comes Grin

30+4 and I went through a bit of a nesting stage at 28 weeks. Physically (I'm a bit fed up already) ive got his Moses basket set up and ready to go (I realise that they are all going to need to be cleaned again at 39+ weeks but I like cleaning so this doesn't really bother me) bought a new pram, nappy supply is huge, hospital bag is packed and ready to go, we're using my DD (5) clothes for maybe the first couple of weeks as its all neutral colours we're having a boy but its just cheaper this way and we have bought a lot of clothes up until 6-9 months-ish.. Mentally I am none...none ready x lol
