Nervous about Friday

Hi.
Last Friday I had an epu scan which showed a 15mm gestational sac and a yolk sac. I had this scan done on my abdomen. I've go to go back Friday to find a feral pole/heartbeat but I'm scared I won't find one. I got my first bfp on July 6th and bled brown for a week from July 9th. My cycles vary between 35-37 days but for this pregnancy to be viable still I must of had a cycle between 35-37 days as I got my bfp so early. Last period was June 6th. I'm just so scared of a blighted ovum and can't stop panicking. The lady who did the scan said "congratulations" when I was having the scan so I take this as a good sign, when I had the scan I think I was somewhere between 5 weeks 5 days- 6 weeks 1 day.

I mean last Thursday I had the scan.

Also they vary between 35-44 days. I hate my iPad right now !

I have an early scan at the EPU at 9.30 friday morning.
My last period was 6th June but i know that my cycle was definetely longer and i think atm i am only 5+2 so will be 5+5 on friday

Had my first positive on 14th july and had a scan done last monday but it was too early to see anything

Had a miscarriage (suspected ectopic) at beginning of April and had the same pain on the lower right hand side which is why i went up to the hospital last monday.

They done HCG and on the monday it was 298 and on the wed it was 535 so hadnt quite doubled but she said they were happy with the increase and would see me on friday for a scan in hope that they can see this is in the womb.

I am absolutely terrified this time after the last time....its been the longest week of my life waiting for this scan and i know its not even going to make me feel any better because i will be too early to see anything worth talking about and the uncertainty with my dates as well

Does my story sound positive and possibly just that I was to early ?

I think it sounds fine hun.
They have told me that i might not see anything this week a gestational sac if i am lucky so that is what you have seen so im pretty sure it will be fine.

It really is such a worrying time and i know this scan wont put me anymore at ease either as they will probably not see anything and have to bring me back again for another scan.

Hopefully you get to see a heartbeat on friday x
