I'm 27 weeks and after a brief couple of weeks where I did them every day I've basically done none, erk.
So I've got that NHS squeezy app and am gonna do them on my commute so twice a day, who's with me?

Me! Oh, I really needed a kick in the ass! I haven't done any Confused and I'm almost 23 weeks. So, twice a day then starting from tomorrow. Should it last about 5 mins? Or longer?

App is a great idea by the way. What's it called exactly?

If you search "NHS squeezy" on the App Store it should come up, I think you might have to pay for it but it's quite good coz it actually makes you realise how long 10 seconds is!
I've just had a look and it actually recommends doing the exercises 3 times a day so I guess I'll do some at lunch too.
How can something so simple be so boring? Confused
