...can morning sickness rear it's ugly head again later on in pregnancy?

For the last few days I've been feeling awful in the evenings: nauseous, sweaty, no appetite, just like the beginning all over again!

Anyone else found this? Is it something to do with a surge in hormones? Or is it more likely I just have a bug?

How far along are you?

I've been feeling sick, I'm 25 weeks and I think I'm just getting a bit squashed!

RockerMummy184 · 23/07/2015 20:31

I'm 27 weeks (twins). I hadn't thought it could be lack of room related but that's a logical explanation!

I'm almost 25 weeks too with a huge bump and have been feeling sick and exhausted again this week Confused

roughtyping · 23/07/2015 20:56

It's a rubbish feeling! I'm getting really irritable as well thinking will I be this squashed and more for the rest of the time?! Grrr!

I'm 35 weeks and have been feeling sick again for the last 2/3 weeks. Sad

jurisane · 23/07/2015 21:59

26 weeks and have lost my appetite for anything except chocolate. This is exactly how my morning sickness started in the first trimester too. I really hope it doesn't go that far this time.

ACatCalledFang · 23/07/2015 22:12

I'm sorry to say it, but my nausea (which only went away properly at week 19) came back at week 29...now 36 + 3,and it's still present and correct Sad. My midwife said it's not unusual (and asked if I'd tried ginger Hmm, suppose she was trying to help...). On the plus side, it's not as bad as first trimester nausea. Fingers crossed yours clears up!

Purpleball · 23/07/2015 22:30

I'm 31 weeks and still get this occasionally

Roseybee10 · 23/07/2015 22:38

I felt that way with dd1 again at 34 weeks onwards x

Unthoughtknown · 24/07/2015 08:02

24 weeks today and it's starting to creep back, I think it might be reflux related.

soloula · 24/07/2015 08:24

31 weeks and started feeling like this last weekend.

Lolababy00 · 24/07/2015 08:25

Just over 32 weeks and sickness has reared its ugly head for a few weeks now .... Cried last night as I just want to eat without throwing it up about 30 mins later !!!

BuggerLumpsAnnoyed · 24/07/2015 08:28

Oh bloody hell what a nightmare. I'm 23 weeks and have just started noticing that bar a few aches and pains, I feel quite good! Horrible to know it could all be taken away

Fugghetaboutit · 24/07/2015 08:32

I got it later on when I ate large meals so I started eating little meals more often so I wasn't as full

Wishful80sMontage · 24/07/2015 08:37

I'm still getting it at 20 weeks it comes and goes . Last time with dd it was gone by 16 weeks

stupidgirl45 · 24/07/2015 12:18

I had this last time again from about 28wks and it was due to lack of space/eating too much in one go (and it was hot out). SO I just ate very regularly but small amounts - often just a bowl of cereal or a sandwich every 2hours or so. It did really make a difference especially at work. I also sipped peppermint tea to keep hydrated (too much liquid made me feel sick).

Once my bump dropped i could eat normal size portions again (last meal before labbour was a decent size bowl of pesto pasta!)

Anyway envious of all those near the end, am 14+2 with no.2.....slowest pregnancy ever.

Hope you all feel better soon
