EPU scan results questions?

Bit of history.
Last period was 6th june. cycles between 35-44 days long.
Positive pregnancy test 6th july.
Bleeding between 9th july-16th july. First wipe was red everything after was brown and only when wiping.
Today epu scan results. Yolk sac found and gestational sac found. No heartbeat or embryo yet. Re scan in a week. At most they put me around the six week mark maybe earlier due to slightly longer cycles. What do people think? positive sign that i could be still pregnant?

I've been sleeping 11 plus hours the last week and I'm so tired I'm struggling to function. I have no appetite I keep vomiting bleurgh. Why I'd wish for pregnancy symptoms?
