Pain - pregnancy related/upset stomach?

This sounds absolutely absurd, but just wondered if anyone else has struggled to tell the difference between pregnancy related pain in their tummy, and just an upset stomach?

My whole bump hurts, but I can't tell whether it is 'should be worried pre-term labour' type pain, or 'I'm about to have a really bad bout of diarrhea' pain!

Any advice?!

Yes! i had this last week, i was in pain all over the bump then i (TMI) had a lot of gas pass then loose no 2... so turns out not bump afterall.. was really odd feeling.

Same here! All over bump pain for a good 12 hours then lots of trips to the toilet @ 26 weeks. It's quite scary as you read what it could be... But I was fine after a day or two x
