Had a bad experience with pfb, 3 day labour, massive head, cord round the neck needed to be cut and pulled out, pph x 2 and then stitches were infected and re admitted to hospital. Took 7 months to heal properly. Due no 2 in a few months. Have been told by Drs that 2nd time round is much easier and I will have no problems. Have also been diagnosed with gestational diabetes had growth scans and all normal size so far. What are the chances of a straightforward both this time? I know c section is major surgery but at least I could sit down (unlike last time) and will have help at home with current 2 year old
