32 weeks & so run down

So, this is pretty much a moan as much as anything else. A couple of weeks ago I came down with a bad cold - headache, stuffy nose etc. I was too busy at work & ended up having to work through it. I thought I was feeling better but in the last couple of days I've been feeling crap again - sore throat, earache, headache, feeling really hot. I feel like I can't shake it off Sad
Is this normal? Do people just get run down at this stage? I'm trying to rest up, drink lots of water etc but I just feel like it's not making any difference Sad

I've got a chest infection from working through a cold, also 32 weeks and I feel like someone has taken my batteries out. Think it's normal although it fucking sucks!

Are you keeping an eye on your temperature? When I had stomach flu I was told that if it went over 38 degrees they'd want me in hospital to bring it down. Feel better!

For general run down-edness I think Floravital is amazing. Liquid iron and B vitamins :)

You might want to visit your GP. I mentioned similar symptoms to my midwife at 33 weeks and she phoned my GP for an appointment that afternoon. Turned out I had a UTI, tonsillitis and a virus. I don't think it's normal to be so run down....
