25 weeks cramping pain after sex ��

Why do I have really bad cramping pains after sex I'm 25 weeks, It feels as if my stomach tightens up and I get alot sharp crampy pains I'm my belly and at the bottom of my back.

Sounds like braxton hicks! After every orgasm I get really strong braxton hicks contractions, it's insane how hard my belly goes and can be quite uncomfortable. Completely normal though :-). Im 29 weeks but had it from 20 weeks.

something appeared on my ovia app recently about this i think its a pregnancy thing. something to do with the cervix if i remember rightly. im 26wks.
