What are your exercise DVD/youtube recommendations for doing in pregnancy?
When pregnant with dd1 I went to the gym and swam but can't do that as easily now she's here so thought I'd follow a DVD whilst she's napping.
I did want to do 'slim-in-6' but not sure that would be suitable in pregnancy.
Any suggestions?

When I was pg I took a recommendation from here: Erin O'Brien. The DVD came as a double: pregnancy and post natal yeah right cos I got a chance to do that one

Another recommendation for Erin I brien (and I did do the postnatal one, first time around... which was good too!).

Davina McCall pre and post natal DVD is good.

I quite liked the Erin O'Brian one too actually - I actually felt like I had worked out after it.

The Davina one is ok, but I didn't find it particularly challenging. I often did some of the post-natal bit too, to make me feel a bit more exercised.
