Wait for scan date

I'm 8+5. Last week I saw gp who referred me to hospital for the 12 week scan and midwife appointment. When should I get a letter with the date for the scan? Dh is working away a lot around the date of the scan and i want to make sure he can make it.

I got my scan date at 6 weeks but I had problems in early pregnancy so the epu sorted out my 12 weeks scan u should get it within a week or two

I'm 9+3 and still waiting 2 weeks after booking in.....I really must chase the midwife

I don't think mine arrived until I was 11 wks, they can do the scan up until something like 13wks+4days and still be in the window to do the NT test if you are wanting to find out the downs risk
