Misscariage?

Hi ladies very anxious atm. Started spotting on Friday and it's now Monday and still spotting. I have also had mild stomach cramps AND lower back pain which are all signs of mc. I have an early scan booked for Wednesday but want to know if anyone has been through the same. Surely it can't be good news if I have all 3 of these symptoms Sad I'm 5+4

I hope you are ok. If if helps I have had mild cramps and back ache in early pregnancy with both of mine and they were both ok.

Thanks for your message elllimam I'm ok just worried and waiting till Wednesday feels like forever. Did you bleed at all? My lower back pain is constant not like my stomach pain
