Hi, I'm sorry to post on here as I know it's the wrong place. I had my baby daughter Lily on Monday via emergency C-section and am having problems with my mllk supply. Can anyone point me in the right place where I can ask others about their experiences. I'm exhausted and have baby brain and can't find it!

Thanks so much, Sarah

The forum on here us called "infant feeding".

Kellymom is really great for advice though.

Congratulations. :)

Oh and it's under talk then 'feed the world', then 'infant feeding'.

Lots of really helpful posters.

Don't forget the breastfeeding helplines too.

I found the people at the National Breastfeeding Helpline really kind and helpful.

La Leche League are great. Your health visitor might be able to recommend local Breastfeeding groups too.

NCT has a telephone helpline and it was fantastic for me. LLL has a similar service

0300 330 0700
That is the NCT helpline number

It takes longer for your milk to come in after a c-section - 5 days in my case. Lots of skin-to-skin helps. My DD realised my milk had come in before I did - she was lying on my naked chest and suddenly started to wriggling her way down me to help herself!
