Dizzy spells

Hi, I'm just past 14 weeks and I've had a few dizzy spells this evening. Eaten plenty, drank plenty. Is this just another pregnancy sympton?

Was lying on my back watching TV for a couple if hours. I only thought that could affect you when you had a big bump but apparently not.

You might wanna mention it at your next appt as might be low iron that is causing it, quite common in pregnancy xx
