Hi ladies I was just hoping to see some positive stories or anyone who is or has been in a similar situation. I am currently 7.5 weeks pregnant I caught straight on without a period after a complicated miscarriage. I have been bleeding extremely heavily and passing clots for 11 days and in my experience that sort of bleeding has been a miscarriage,so I resigned myself to the fact I had miscarried. I had a scan at 5 weeks and all looked as it should then the bleeding started. I had another scan yesterday to confirm my fears I had a miscarriage but I was absolutely shocked to be told my baby is fine with a strong heartbeat!!! We absolutely cannot believe it. The bleeding is being caused by a large haemorrhage in my uterus but it is underneath baby as baby has implanted high up. My pregnancy is still very high risk and I will continue to bleed. I have another scan on the 20th July. Does anybody know how high my risk of miscarriage is? I should of asked more questions yesterday but was totally stunned that I am still pregnant. Any advice or similar stories welcome thanks in advance Smile

Blue I couldn't read and run but have no advice to give you I'm afraid, but well done you and your little bean for hanging on in there. Fingers x'd for you both.

Thank you so much for taking the time to message me. I'm trying to keep positive and think if my little miracle has made it through all that hopefully we will keep going

I had similar, it turned out fine. The haemorrhage site eventually re absorbed. I had regular scans to monitor the site.
