Anyone had this intense shooting pain

hi I'm 22wks+1 for about 3/4 days now I've been getting intense shooting pain in lower back / bottom on 1 side.. Don't know if I've pulled a muscle or is it another pregnancy thing? Roll on November when I'm holding my baby boy

I had similar pains to you and turns out I had a trapped nerve. I didn't even bother waiting for a GP, I phoned my midwife and she referred me directly to the physio based at my local maternity hospital. I was seen within 2 days.

Go t a walk in centre or perhaps call and speak to aduty midwife?

If it is spd be aware that some medical practicioners are unaware of it
