Hi, I'm 12 weeks + 1 pregnant and I've put on a total of 4kg (nearly 9lbs) since becoming pregnant. I now weigh 76kg (168lbs) and have a BMI of 28.7 and I feel so so so bloated and feel like I've put on so much weight on every part of my body. Is there anything that I can do to make myself feel better physically? How many calories should I be eating? How much exercise can I start doing and what kind of exercises are safe? Is it normal to feel like this?
Any tips/own experiences would be appreciated.
