Does breast tenderness come and go?

Finally pregnant after three rounds of IVF and am turning into a paranoid fruitcake (I hope!)

My breasts were really sore and swollen for a few days both before and after I got my BFP. But now, at 5 weeks, they've stopped hurting and seem to be deflating...

Anyone been through this and gone on to have a successful pregnancy? Is this usual and should I count my blessings that my tits don't hurt?

Thank you all got holding my hand during my initial paranoia! At today's scan we saw a heartbeat and an embryo that measures one day ahead of its gestational age (6+5). I'm so happy!

I know this is a really old thread, but just in case anyone sees it... thanks. I’m in week 4 and have had sore boobs for a few days and just now, they feel more normal but still heavier. I had a chemical pregnancy in 2019 so I’m really anxious about it happening again. It’s good to know that symptoms can come and go. I just did a test that came back positive but that hasn’t really set my mind at rest because the hormones may still be hanging around.

How I’ll do this for 8 more months I don’t know.

Hey girl just seen this because I’m currently going through the same thing. I’m 5 weeks and my boobs were soooo sore from week 2 and tonight they don’t feel sore at all! I’m worried sick but I called the 24/7 ob and they said not to worry unless bleeding or cramps! It’s hard not to worry but I am trying and praying for a healthy pregnancy

Hi jas112 I am going through the same thing I'm 4 weeks 4 days was in pain down one side yesterday and today my boobs are normal

I’m going through the same thing, since after I got my BFP they have been getting progressively sorer, then this morning 4+2 they aren’t sore at all. I’ve also had 2 mc prior to this so also feeling panicking.

@Jas112 @Boo8 @Slk3558 I know it is an old thread but did it go all ok in the end? I am in the same situation , very sore breast during implantation tested positive at 11dpo and the next boobs are almost back to normal and I am only 4 weeks… I had so many miscarriages that I am so scared. Thanks
