Hi

I take Pregnacare Plus which is Pregnacare tablets with the special pregnancy Omega 3 tablets in the same box.

I know Sanatogen do a similar one.

Mum Omega is a brand that sells just Omega 3 tablets for pregnancy. They are about £11 for 30 tablets though and you may as well buy the Pregnacare Plus for about £12 for 30 tablets.

Don't take just any old Omega 3 - I think it is the fatty acids that we pregnant people are allowed to take.

HTH.

I have been taking VItamum and omega 3,6, 9 oil. I had Zita West's vitamins recommended to me today so thought I would investigate.

Hi Bubble Equazen the makers of Mumomega are doing a 3 for 2 on their website Equazen.com so works out a bit cheaper... P&P is £5 not matter how much you order though!?? I ordered a load the last time they had the offer and it arrived pretty quickly. My baby is due in a week or two so can't tell you if the theory worked yet!
