Headaches

Hi everyone
I am 7 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby and I am experiencing the most excruciating headaches. I had headaches with my first 2 but not like this. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to alleviate these as paracetamol (which is all the doctor has said I can take) doesn't even take the edge off. Thanks in advance

A dark room and a cold flannel on forehead or back of neck. Sleep and lots of water. Headaches and migraines are awful, all you can do is try to rest to shift it. Hope you start to feel better soon.

Try a 4head stick. It really helped me take the edge off.

Water, migraine cool head strips and sleep helped me.
